Church Empowerment works with Churches on three different levels:

Organizational Partnerships

• This is what we call the ‘Top-Down Approach’. In this situation, we work alongside already existing structures whether they be a Denomination, a Network, an Organization, etc. Our role involves assisting these Organizations in working with Churches by providing Resources, holding Seminars/Workshops, etc. 

Church Agreements

• This is what we call the ‘Bottom-up Approach’. In this case, we work directly with the leadership of the Church. An agreement is established where we work with them over a 12-24 month period on Church Mobilization. We do this through Church Consultations, Leadership Resources, Topical Seminars/Courses, Specific Tools, and Practical Workshops. 

• This is what we call the ‘Inside-Out Approach’. In this case, we work with a leader, usually the Mission Director in the Church. We work alongside them in developing a Church Mobilization Plan and assist them whenever necessary.
