The Mentoring Program has been designed to provide on-going support to Mission Directors within the Church. The program operates much like Church Empowerment with the focus upon empowering the Mission Director or the Mission Co-ordinator to serve the Church.

• Direct Access to a Mentor via Phone/Email/Internet/etc. for input and advice relating to the task of Church Mobilization.
• Regular Consultations with the Mentor via Phone/ Email/Internet/etc. This may include input into Mission Leadership Team Meetings, Staff Meetings, Eldership Meetings, etc.
• Teaching Ministry for the Church Mobilizer including the Topical Seminars/Courses, Practical Workshops, etc.
• Church Empowerment Resources that are provided to the Church Mobilizer for training and empowerment eg: DVDs/Books
• The Mentors work, on-site and off-site, for successfully designing and developing the Church Mobilization Plan
• Connections to other significant Church Empowerment Leaders the Mentor works with for advancing the overall process of Church Mobilization
• Support role of the Mentors Administrative Assistant for administrative and operational purposes
