There are some Diagnostic Tools available that can be used by Churches in helping them identify the current status of the various components of their Church. These tools are desinged to give Church Leaders the capacity to look at their own Church through a diagnostic process and to develop a Strategic Design Program. 

These tools are different to the other resources in that they are not a Course or a Seminar. They are tools that can be used over and over again at various stages along the Church Mobilization Process.  

1. Strategic Design Program - DVDs/Audio CDs/Manual

• The Strategic Design Program (SDP) includes seven teaching sessions on the following sections. However, the key to the program are the seven Diagnostics that relate to each area.

2. Natural Church Development - www.ncd-international.org

The NCD is more broad in its focus, however the outcomes following the Diagnostic Process can provide valuable insight for the Church Leaders.
