Greetings!

I would like to give you a brief update on what has been happening in Church Empowerment over the last quarter. Each month I have continued to travel to a different country for Church Empowerment Ministry and to speak at various conferences. I like to return to each country at least twice a year, so that they receive follow training and support.

In July, I travelled to Malaysia to speak at a special gathering of National Leaders working strategically in their country. There were keynote sessions plus practical workshops and discussion groups. About 150 Leaders from Churches and Organizations working throughout Malaysia gathered for these meetings. The main sessions were very informative and insightful, particularly regarding the events that have occurred in different countries around the world. Despite what is happening in different countries, the mandate given to the Church is still the same. It was a privilege to be part of such a gathering and also to be able to empower these Leaders to mobilize the Church.

In August, I travelled to New Zealand to be one of the keynote speakers at the ‘Envision National Mission Conference’. I took two keynote sessions and also one of the workshops plus I spoke in two local Churches on the Sunday. There were approximately 350 people who attended the conference from all over New Zealand. I then travelled to Sydney and I took one of the electives at the ‘Reach Out Missions Conference’ in Katoomba. It was very exciting to see so many young people attending and to speak to them about being called to serve God.

In September, I went to Chin@ to minister in two different provinces on Church Empowerment. The training was very intense with sessions starting at 8am and finishing at 9pm. (Of course there are breaks for lunch and dinner, but it was a full day of training plus evening sessions.) The training was also in a closed setting for security reasons. The believers were so appreciative for the teaching on Church Mobilization. They came from two networks representing about 100 House Churches.

Next month, I will be going to Myanmar again to hold Church Empowerment Ministry and to equip the believers there.

Thank you for your support and your prayers.

Kind regards,

Neville
